Fair of Govt. Schemes organized- benefit of schemes given to thousands of people.

Gadchiroli April 22 (District Correspondent) The programme ‘Fair of Govt. Schemes and Maharajasva Abhiyan was organized by the Revenue department at village Porla near here the other day.

The innovative scheme has been started by the District Collector Sanjay Meena to give the benefits of the various govt. schemes to the needy people. Those eligible citizens who did not get the benefit of the government scheme are

As many as 462 Caste Certificate, 899 Income Certificates, 331 Age and Domicile, 17 Non-Creamy layer certificates, 1772 Farmers Certificates, 32 Sanjay Gandhi Yojana, 106 Shravanbal Yojana, 516 New and Secondary Ration Cards, 79 job cards were distributed to the citizens by filing the online application in this fair.

Also 197 soil certificates, 02 tractors were distributed to farmers by the agriculture department. The health department conducted a health examination of 201 citizens. Ayushman Card (Gold card) were distributed to 3497 beneficiaries. 251 forms of PM Suraksha Yojana and 112 of PM Jiwan Jyoti Yojana and PM Janayogi, 146 applications of the scheme were filled by citizens.

Under the Babasaheb Ambedkar Krishi Swavalnan Yojana, the beneficiaries were given benefits. Also 92 certificates were distributed through Porla Gram Panchayat. School Education Department distributed 37 bicycles to girl students under Manao Vikas Yojna and daily attendance allowance was given to 148 girls. Benefit under Pre-Matriculation Survan Mahotsav Scholarship Scheme was given to 229 students.

Also, electricity connection was given to 5 citizens by MSEDCL. 10 youths were enrolled under Skill development training. A total of 9320 citizens were benefited and information about various schemes and awareness campaigns were provided at the programme.

The Fair was inaugurated by Mr. Mahendra Ganveer Tehsildar. Mr. Basavaraj Mastoli, District Superintendent Agriculture Officer, Marotrao Ichodkar former Panchayat Samiti chairman, Vilas Dashmukhe, former Dy. Chairman, Ms.  Nivritta Raut, Sarpanch, Dr. Sunil Madavi, Taluka Health Officer were prominently present.

The programme was organized under the guidance of Mr.  Sanjay Meena Collector and Dr. Mainak Ghosh, SDO by Tehsildar of Gadchiroli Mahendra Ganwir and his team. Various govt. departments participated in the fair.
