Gadchiroli July 13 (District Correspondent) The state government has appointed senior journalist of the city Avinash Bhandekar as a member of Nagpur Divisional Accreditation Committee.
Mr. Bhandekar hs been working as the representative of Dainik Punyanagari at Gadchiroli for the last so many years. Considering his qualification and experience in the field of journalism, he has been appointed to the Nagpur Divisional Accreditation Committee. Many journalists of the district, friends and well-wishers of Mr. Bhandekar have congratulated him for this appointment.
Maharashtra State Newspaper and Media Accreditation Rules, 2007 (Distribution and Control) has laid down some rules and procedure regarding giving accreditation to persons related to the media. According to the said rules prescribed by the government decision, provision has been made to constitute State Accreditation Committee and Divisional Accreditation Committee to issue accreditation to the eligible persons related to media in the state. Accordingly, this appointment has been made.
