Gadchiroli March 8 (District Correspondent) All India Republican Party’s Women’s Front has demanded that the prices of domestic gas cylinders raised by the Government of India should be reduced quickly and the women and citizens of the country should be given relief.

A delegation of the Mahila Aghadi workers met Deputy Collector Mrs. Patil at the Collector’s office this afternoon and submitted a memorandum addressed to the Prime Minister of India.

The memorandum said that due to the increase in the price of domestic gas cylinders by fifty rupees, the budget of all women has completely collapsed and it has become difficult to cook on a daily basis.

As the prices of petrol, diesel, foodgrains have already skyrocketed and inflation has alarmingly increased, women and citizens are suffering a lot. In the meantime, due to the increase in the prices of domestic gas cylinders for daily use, the life of common people, farmers and hardworking women has become quite difficult and this has caused a huge impact on them. It has also been mentioned in the memorandum.

Keeping in mind the problems of women, the women’s front of the Republican Party has demanded that the government should quickly reduce   the prices of gas cylinders and make gas cylinders available at cheaper rates.

Mahila Aghadi District President Nita Sahare, General Secretary Jyoti Undirwade, City President Wanmala Zade, Taluka President Tejashwini Ramteke, City Vice President Jyoti Chaudhary, City Secretary Poonam Bhaisare, as well as Party’s District President Hansraj Undirwade, State Secretary Keshavrao Samritwar, Gadchiroli Assembly Chief Pradeep Bhaisare, Office Secretary Ashok Khobragade, Taluka Vice President Vijay Deotale and other functionaries of the party were present in the delegation.
