Gadchiroli Aug. 23 (District Correspondent) Vidarbha Kunbi Parishad district branch felicitated the meritorious students of the Kunbi community who passed class 10th and 12th examination recently.
Prof. Mukesh Urkude, District President of the Parishad presided over the program while retired Education Officer Raghavendra Munghate, social worker Manoharrao Hepat, Kewalram Salotkar were present as chief guests.
On this occasion meritorious students namely Prathamesh Borkute, Ms. Riddhi Pachbhai, Devashish Thackeray, Mohnish Choudhary, Ms. Mrinal Dhamode, Pranjal Raut were felicitated at the hands of the guests by presenting them mementos, certificates and bouquets.
Speaking on the occasion the dignitaries extended their best wishes to the students and said that they should get higher education and serve the society. The program was moderated by Kishore Pachbhai and vote of thanks was given by Purushottam Chaudhari.
The students also expressed their views in the programme and thanked the organizers for their felicitation.
Mr.Hemraj Urkude, Bhashkar Rao Maske, P P Maske, Prof. Rajendra Hivarkar, Sunil Deshmukh and other office bearers of VKP worked tirelessly to make the program successful.
