Gadchiroli March 14 (District Correspondent) Mr. Sanjay Daine assumed charge as the District Collector of Gadchiroli last evening. Earlier he was working as the Chief Executive Officer of Hingoli Zilla Parishad.
Mr. Daine has replaced the outgoing Collector Sanjay Meena. Collector Daine has previously worked in various positions in Gadchiroli, Chandrapur, Gondia, Wardha and Nagpur.
The state government had issued the orders of Mr. Daine’s appointment as District Collector of Gadchiroli a couple of days before. Mr. Sanjay Meena, who has been working as the district collector of Gadchiroli since August 2021, has been transferred elsewhere.
Earlier, Mr. Meena was welcomed by the Additional Collector Dhanaji Patil and Resident Dy. Collector Sunil Suryawanshi on his arrival at Gadchiroli.
