Gadchiroli Feb. 1 (District Correspondent) Republican movement has done many works for the benefit of dalits, tribals and backward classes through intensive struggle despite not being in power. Although this movement seems to have slowed down a bit today, it has a glorious history. The Republican movement has to be strengthen again with new vigor. This is the real party fighting for the Dalits and the oppressed in the country.
This determination was expressed in the All India Republican Party workers meeting held at Kurkheda the other day.
The meeting, which was held in the meeting hall of the Guest House in Kurkheda which was inaugurated at the hands of the Central Vice President of the All India Republican Party, Mr. Rohidas Raut.
Mr. Hansraj Undirwade, District President of the party presided, while Armori Vidhan Sabha chief Krishnaji Chaudhary, Gadchiroli Vidhan Sabha chief Pradeep Bhaisare, District General Secretary Pralhad Raipure, Office Secretary Ashok Khobragade, Youth Aghadi President Narendra Raipure, Dadaji Dhakde were present as chief guests.
In this gathering, the problems of the party organization as well as the people were discussed in detail and a demand was made to solve these problems. On this occasion, Krishnaji Choudhary was felicitated publicly by presenting him a shawl and a bouquet of flowers on the occasion of his birthday. Workers from different villages of the taluka expressed their views and emphasized on strengthening the Republican Party. Many new activists joined the Republican Party at this time. All of them were welcomed with bouquets of flowers.
Mr. Shyamrao Walde, Sanjay Dhavle, Pratima Bodele, Premila Shende, B. S. Govardhan, Dilip Vanjari, Jitendra Khandare, Suraj Gavture, Sanghmitra Dhavle, Rohit Borkar, Bhimabai Sardare, Manisha Raut and many other workers were present in the meeting.
