Gadchiroli Jan. 31 (District Correspondent) Prof. Shrimant Surpam, a well-known social worker and journalist called on the newly appointed Vice-Chancellor of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University of Social Sciences Dr. Ramdas Atram recently at Wardha and congratulated him on his appointment. Mr. Surpam presented a bouquet to Dr. Atram and felicitated him.
The appointment of a scholar from tribal community is certainly a matter of pride and honour for the entire tribals of the country, said Mr. Surpam.
Dr. Atram was recently appointed as the Vice Chancellor of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University of Social Science, Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
During this visit Prof. Surpam also talked to Dr. Atram on the important issues related to education and tribals. Dr. Atram has become a source of inspiration to all the deprived classes and he will lead the university to tremendous success, Surpam said.
