The resolutions in this regard were passed unanimously in a district executive meeting of the party that was held at Chandekar Bhavan here on Thursday. District President Hansraj Undirwade presided over the meeting while Central vice President Rohidas Raut, State vice President Kulpati Meshram, Regional Vice President Prin. Prakash Dudhe, Regional Secretary Prof. Rajan Borkar, Legislative Incharge Pradeep  Bhaisare, Office Secretary Ashok Khobragade, General Secretary Pralhad Raypure, Youth President Narendra Raypure were prominently present.

Handing over government schools to corporate houses is a ploy to deprive the Dalit, tribal and backward students from education and violation of the constitution, said the meeting and demanded early withdrawal of the said GR.

The teachers should not be assigned non academic works, electricity rates be reduced, flood affected farmers be given early compensation, farmers repaying their crop loan within a time should not be charged interest, restart the buses in rural and remote areas of the district to enable the students and other travellers were the other demands raised in the meeting.
