
Gadchiroli Dec. 31 (District Correspondent) Various development projects of the Lloyds Metals and Energy Ltd. company at its Konsari project will be launched and foundation stone of some projects will be laid by the Chief Minister of Maharashtra Devendra Fadnavis at village Konsari in Chamorshi taluka on January 1, the first day of the New Year.
This is his first visit of Mr. Fadnavis after assuming the post of Chief Minister. He will inaugurate various initiatives of Lloyds Metals and Energy Ltd. during this visit which include Lloyds DRI Plant, Lloyds Raj Vidya Niketan (CBSE School), Lloyds Kali Ammal Memorial Hospital, Lloyds Clothing Company, Family Quarters and Police Officers Family Quarters and Gymkhana and Childrens Park.
Also, the foundation stone laying ceremony of the slurry pipeline, pellet plant and iron ore grinding unit will be held on this occasion.
Since its inception, the Lloyds Metals and Energy Ltd. has been running various social welfare and public utility activities under the leadership of its Managing Director B. Prabhakaran.
Mr. Ashok Nete, former MP visited Konsari today and inspected the preparations. MLA Dr. Milind Narote, BJP District President Prashant Waghre, senior leader Baburao Kohle, Ravindra Ollalwar, businessman Bholubhau Somnani, BJP activists Anand Bhandekar, Ramesh Barsagade, Anil Pohankar, Prakash Dutta, Bhaskar Bure accompanied him.
Lloyds Metals Managing Director B. Prabhakaran and other officials of the company were also present who reviewed the arrangements.
