Gadchiroli Dec. 28 (District Correspondent) State Deputy Secretary of Higher and Technical Education Department Ajit Baviskar paid a goodwill visit to Gondwana University recently. He inspected the innovation centre and various activities being implemented by Gondwana University during this visit and praised the educational work being done by the university.
Gondwana University ViceHTE-Chancellor Dr. Prashant Bokare, Pro VC Dr. Sriram Kawle, Director of Research Centre Dr. Manish Uttarwar and other department heads were present on this occasion.
Entrepreneurs at Gondwana University’s Innovation Centre developed six herbal products and fifteen panchagavya-based products. On this background, Mr. Baviskar visited the Innovation Centre.
On this occasion, the head of the research centre, Dr. Manish Uttarwar gave detailed information about this centre. Mr. Baviskar and Pratap Lubad inspected the herbs. On this occasion, they learned about the various activities going on in Gondwana University and visited various departments of the university like Alpha Academy, Computer Lab, Science Laboratory, bamboo workshop of the Science and Technology Centre.
The officer also expressed satisfaction over the ongoing activities in the university.
