Gadchiroli Aug. 4 (District Correspondent) The 9th anniversary of Aadharvishwa Foundation was celebrated with great enthusiasm at its office here recently.
The program was presided over by Foundation President Geeta Hinge, while the chief guests were Dr. Vina Jambewar, Prof. Sunita Salve, Prof. Vijaya Mane.
On this occasion, Ms. Geeta Hinge was felicitated by the members of the Foundation with a shawl and a bouquet for receiving the Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Samaj Bhushan Award from the Maharashtra Government.
Speaking on the occasion, Ms. hinge said that in 2017, Aadharvishwa Foundation was established along with countless friends of the same age. Since then, many social welfare activities have been continuously implemented. Due to continuous welfare activities, the Foundation has become known not only in the district but also in Maharashtra. The work done by this Foundation during the Corona pandemic is commendable. And what is special is that all these activities are done at their own expense without taking any grant, told Ms. Hinge.
On this occasion, Dr. Vina Jambewar and Ms. Sunita Salve were also felicitated with shawls and bouquets for their valuable contribution to the Foundation since its inception, as well as Prof. Vijaya Mane for her promotion as Principal and Mira Kolte for her retirement from services.
The program was introduced by Prof. Vijaya Mane, conducted by Mira Kolte and the vote of thanks was presented by Pratima Sonavne.
Ms. Lata Santoshwar, Priya Nishane, Aarti Sarode, Archana Kawase, Dhanashree Tukdeo, Priti Meshram, Ujwala Karpe, Bhumika Barde, Bharti Khobragade, Ujwala Shinde, Vijaya Chavan and other members of Aadhar Vishwa Foundation were present in large numbers.
