Gadchiroli Jan. 17 (District Correspondent) The Lions Club provided financial help and essential items to a family from village Shivrajpur in Wadsa taluka whose house was caught on fire due to short circuit recently.
Upon receiving the information that the house of a family named Manisha Mangal Shende in Shivrajpur village near Wadsa -Desaiganj was burnt due to short circuit last week, the Lions Club took the initiative without wasting time and rushed to that village and provided the help to the needy family.
Patanjali Director Jyoti Devkule, Sapna Borewar, Shemdev Chafle, Prof. Devanand Kamdi, Purushottam Vanjari, Nitin Battuwar, Nitin Chambulwar contributed personally for this help and handed it over to Ms. Manisha Shende.
Lions Club Secretary Nitin Chambulwar, Zone Chairperson Deepak More, Shemdev Chafle, Praveen Mirge, Nitin Battuwar as well as Tehsildar of Wadsa Preeti Dudhalkar, Naib Tehsildar Smita Mane, Talathi Umesh Magre and the villagers were present on the occasion.
