Gadchiroli Sept. 16 (District Correspondent) The residents of Sironcha have demanded early solving the problems of the taluka.

A delegation of the workers led by Mr. Ravibhau Sallam, social worker in presence of Mr. Ajay Kankadalwar, former ZP chief met Dr. Namdeo Kirsan, MP during his recent visit and submitted him a memorandum regarding these problems.

The demands included providing necessary funds from the Central Government for the construction of a bridge over Pranhita river at Kotapalli in Sironcha taluka, necessary follow-up with the State Government for sanction of Industrial Colony (M.I.D.C) for employment generation in taluka,  new primary health centre at Ankisa and the filling up of vacant posts, filling up of vacancies in all government and semi-government offices in the taluka, Government Engineering College at Sironcha, resolving the electricity problem in Sironcha taluka, by sanctioning the electricity tower line, 39 Gram Panchayats of the taluka should be made available additional funds from the Central Government for development works, buses be started from Chandrapur Depot to Sironcha via Telangana,  rural hospital at Sironcha be upgraded to a 100 bedded hospital and the posts be filled by immediately, Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue) Office be opened at Sironcha Taluka, tribal Mannewar community by given caste validity certificates etc.

Mr. Hanumantu Madavi, Tribal Cell chief of congress, Manda Shankar, former APMC chairman, Akula Mallikarjun, Rupesh Tikle, Satish Jawaji, Taluka President of congress and other workers were present on the occasion.
