Gadchiroli Oct. 24 (District Correspondent) A blood donation and blood group checking camp was organized at Primary School of village Kasvi in Armori taluka in association with Gangadhar Juare Mitra Parivar and Pravin Rahate Mitra Parivar with the cooperation of Navyuvak Durga Utsav Mandal recently.
Former ZP councillor Ms. Manisha Donadkar, Naib Tehsildar Lalitkumar Lade, , BDO Rakesh Meshram Police Inspector Sandeep Mandlik, Prof. Gangadhar Juare, Director of Technomedia, Social Activists Vijay Supare, Hiralal Walde, Suresh Juware, Dr. Sanjay Juare, Journalist Pravin Rahate, Balkrishna Sadmake, Vaman Marskolhe, Agriculture Assistant Smita Shambharkar, Kalpana Thakre, Trimbak Khandkhure, Mauli Multistate Bank’s Krunal Meshram, Dinesh Athwale, Arvind Meshram, Kavishwar Khobragade, BDO Rakesh Meshram, Shyam Titirmare, Akash Kharwade were prominently present on this occasion.
As many as 25 blood donors including Adinath Gedam, Sunil Puram, Mayur Puram, Ankit Kuthe, Atul Pradhan, Nikesh Uik, Sudhir Savasakde, Hemraj Khobragade, Ajay Watgure, Bhimrao Chahande, Saurabh Dhawale, Mahesh Gadhai, Roshan Dhote, Kavishwar Khobragade, Deepak Tamaskar, Vitthal Chandikar, Shankar Bagmare, Sudarshan Sayam, Sridhar Kuthe, Rahul Watgure, Abhishek Matte, Amol Borule, Nilima Selote, Pravin Rahate donated blood their blood in the camp.
Speaking on the occasion Mr. Lade said that blood and blood components in the human body are not produced in any factory or plant. Only blood obtained from the human body is useful to save the lives of patients. For this, it is necessary to collect blood by organizing blood donation camps on a regular basis. He appealed that everyone should donate blood voluntarily to continue this movement of blood donation.
The other guests also expressed their views on the importance of blood donation and appreciated the initiative of the organizers.
