Gadchiroli May 13 (District Correspondent) A surgery camp was organized at Maa Danteshwari Hospital at Search Shodhagram in Dhanora Taluka recently under the leadership of Dr. Pritam Pathare (General Surgeon) from Mumbai.

As many as 41 patients with hydrocele, hernia, appendix and tumours on the body were operated in this camp successfully.

Search Hospital, Chatgaon organized a free surgery camp to provide surgical facilities to tribal and rural patients of Gadchiroli district. Operation related laboratory tests and surgeries were done free of charge. Free mess facilities were also provided to the patient and one relative during the camp.

The patients who require surgery should come to Search Hospital for pre-operation examination and register their names, it has been appealed by the hospital.

As many as 62 patients benefited from the special treatment facility at Search Hospital. The Kidney and Skin Disease Specialists of Datta Meghe Hospital Sawangi, Wardha examined the patients.

The patients with symptoms like bladder cancer, ovarian swelling, kidney stones, bladder stones, urinary tract adhesions, urinary tract stones, prostate gland enlargement, blood in urine, urinary retention/stopping were examined. And necessary treatment was given.

Also, patients with symptoms like white patches on the body and itching, acne, hair loss, dandruff, ringworm, scabies, psoriasis, nail diseases and snakebites were given treatment in the dermatology OPD.

Children below 15 years of age are being given special facilities at Search Hospital. 100% discount is being given on laboratory tests, ECG, X-ray etc. and medicines prescribed by doctors.
