Gadchiroli Nov. 14 (District Correspondent) Raman Masram, a 12 th standard student of the Platinum jubilee Jr. college here has won the gold medal in south zone boxing contest in under 19 age group that was held at Lakhni in Bhandara district recently. He has been selected for the national level boxing contest.
Ananti Deshmukh of the same school has bagged the bronze medal while Om Punyapwar, Kaweri Pyaramwar also showed excellent performance in this contest. These students have gained success under the guidance of boxing trainer Yashwant Kurudkar. Mr. Ajizbhai Nathani, Secretary of the School has congratulated the students on their success and has extended them best wishes for the further games.
The students have given the credit of this success to Prin. Aniata Charles, teachers and parents.
