Gadchiroli July 1 (District Correspondent) Retirement felicitation and fare well ceremony of Mr. Devanand Gedam, Head Clerk and Rambhau Thackeray, Peon, was held at Mahila Mahavidyalaya run by Shri Saibaba Rural Development Society Gadchiroli.
Ms. Ashitai Rohankar, Working President of the Sanstha, presided over the programme while Secretary, Ms. Meenaltai Sahani and Dr. Yogesh Patil, Principal of the college were the chief guests.
First of all, Ms. Rohankar felicitated Mr. Ramhau Thackeray by giving him Shawl, coconut, memento and gifts while Mr. Devanand Gedam, was felicitated by the secretary Ms. Meenaltai Sahani by giving him a shawl, coconut, memento and gift.
Dr. Kundan Dupare made an introductory speech and Mr. Vilas Parkhi gave the vote of thanks, Dr. Yogesh Patil mentioned the valuable services given by both Rambhau Thackere and Devanand Gedam and asserted that the college will miss both of them.
Ms. Ashi Tai Rohankar spoke about the contribution of Thakre and Gedam given to the college and expressed the hope that even after retirement, they will continue to serve the college if it needed and wished them a healthy future.
Responding to the felicitation, Mr. Gedam and Mr. Thackeray thanked the institution and the college till date and assured that they will continue to work for the college in the future too.
