Gadchiroli April 19 (District Correspondent) The ground-breaking ceremony of the proposed Hospital, English medium (CBSC) school and sewing machine centre to be opened by the Lloyds Metals Company and Triveni Earthmovers Company at a remote village of Hedri in Etapalli taluka was held recently.

Lloyds Metal and Energy Pvt. Ltd. Surjagad’s Managing Director Mr. Rajesh Gupta, Triveni Earthmovers Company Managing Director Mr. B. Prabhakaran, Sub Divisional Magistrate Mr. Shubham Gupta, Sub Divisional Police Officer Mr. Dadas, Sub Divisional Police Officer Mr. Rathod, Director of Lloyds Foundation Ms. Kirti Reddy, Lloyds Director Madhur Gupta were prominently present.

Speaking on the occasion Mr. Prabhakaran said English school, well-equipped hospital and grand sewing centre are being built at village Hedri which will strengthen the health services in the remote and sensitive area. The new centres will also provide education and employment facilities to the local people. This will certainly help the local people in raising their standard of life, new doors of education will be opened for students and will also help to earn better means of livelihood, he hoped.

Also, training and employment will be available to local tribal women through the sewing centre, said Mr. Prabhakaran while expressing his thoughts. At this time, some villagers also spoke and expressed their gratitude towards the Lloyds Company and Triveni Company for these facilities and said that an atmosphere of happiness has spread among the locals as schools and clinics are being opened in the village.

The officers of the company, employees, prominent citizens and students of the local village were present in large numbers.
