Gadchiroli Sept. 2 (District Correspondent) A grand blood donation and health check-up camp was organized by Gadchiroli City and Taluka Congress Committee on the occasion of the birthday of Gadchiroli District Congress President Mahendra Bramhanwade on Thursday in the premises of DCC office here.
The Congress workers participated in this camp and voluntarily donated their blood. As many as 50 workers donated their blood in the camp. The leaders of Maha Vikas Aghadi also visited the programme and extended their best wishes to Mr. Bramhanwade on his birth day. The Congress workers from all over the district had reached Gadchiroli for this programme.
The camp was inaugurated at the hands of former MP Marotrao Kowase. State General Secretary and District In-charge of the Congress Party Dr. Namdev Kirsan, State General Secretary and Ex-MLA Dr.Namdev Usendi, Former MLA Anandrao Gedam, Regional Secretary Dr. Nitin Kodwate, Ex-Vice President of Zilla Parishad Manohar Patil Poreti, NCP District President Ravindra Wasekar, Shiv Sena Sub-District Chief Arvind Katratwar were prominently present on the occasion.
All the leaders presented bouquets and shawl to Mr. Bramhanwade and extended their best wishes to him on his birth day.
