Gadchiroli April 27 (District Correspondent) President of Dandakaranya Sanstha and Principal of Shri Govindrao Munghate College of arts and science, Kurkheda Dr. Rajabhau Munghate participated in the G-20 international conference held at Banglore recently.
Dr. Munghate, who has many awards to his credit for his excellent academic services, was specially invited for this two-day important and prestigious conference. The representatives working in academic, social, cultural fields from many countries has participated in this conference. The conference was inaugurated at the hands of Mr. Shree Shree Ravishankar.
Dr. Munghate presented a paper on the subject ‘Democracy in Education’ in this conference and apprised the participants world over with his thoughts and ideas on the subject.
The other topics such as Democracy and Panchayat Raj, democracy and education system, democracy and society, democracy and arts and sports etc were also discussed in the conference by the experts of the respective subjects.
Dr. Munghate has participated in many conferences of the UNESCO earlier also and presented his papers on various subjects. He is also the member of Asia Pacific Quality Network (APQN) Forum, an international organization of the academicians.
Dr. Munghate, who hails from the most backward, tribal dominated and remotely situated district like Gadchiroli, is being congratulated by the college staff, friends and well wishers for his participation in this prestigious G 20 conference.
