Gadchiroli June 10 (District Correspondent) The national level Congress leaders have appreciated the efforts of the District Congress Committee chief Mahendra Bramhanwade and his team for the victory of Gadchiroli Chimur Lok Sabha candidate Dr. Namdeo kirsan.
The senior leaders of Congress party of the district met the central leaders of the party in New Delhi on Sunday and congratulated them on the victory of the party candidates in the Lok Sabha elections.
Gadchiroli Chimur Lok Sabha Constituency has been captured once again after ten years. Dr. Namdev Kirsan resoundingly defeated BJP’s Ashok Nete. On this background, Leader of Opposition Vijay Wadettiwar, Gadchiroli District Congress President Mahendra Brahmanwade met the party’s National President Mallikarjun Kharge, Congress Parliamentary Committee Chairperson Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, General Secretary K. C. Venugopal and other senior leaders.
The central leaders appreciated the efforts of Mr. Bramhanwade, Dr. Kirsan and Brahmanwade regarding the victory. They expressed hope that they will work with similar strength for the growth of the party.
The victory of Congress in Gadchiroli is big in a different sense.
