Munghate College students get ONGC scholarship.

Gadchiroli Feb. 22 (District correspondent) The two former students of Shri Govindrao Munghate College of Arts and Sciences, Kurkheda run by Dandakaranya Educational and Cultural Development Research Institute, Lokesh Halami and Sadhana Kamble have been awarded Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) scholarships for scoring the highest marks in their degree course.

Considered to be very prestigious and important, this scholarship of the Government of India is mainly given to students and researchers who study geology, oceanography, meteorology for higher education. Currently, these students are pursuing post graduate studies in Department of Geology, Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur.

The Head of Department of Geology of Munghate College Gunwant Wadapalliwar has a great share in this achievement. The students have given  the credit of this success to their parents, Principal Dr.  Rajabhau Munghat and all the teachers.
