Gadchiroli Aug. 26 (District Correspondent) Students orientation on higher education and career development was organized by Samidha College of Civil Services, Adpalli near here the other day in the college meeting hall.
Mr. Rohidas Raut, senior journalist, presided over the programme while Mr. Mahendra Awthare, senior teacher, Dharmendra Wanjare, trainer of BARTI, Tilesh Mohurle, Shyamsundar Bhaisare, social workers were prominently present.
Speaking on the occasion Mr. Raut said education plays key role in the all-round progress hence students should avail the facilities of Civil Services education and develop their career accordingly. In the age of privatization only one can achieve the target with his talent.
Mr. Awthare said students need to give up inferiority complex of being the residents of backward area and prepare themselves for the further career. It is really good that the facility of Civil Services education is available here, he said and hoped that this college will produce the officers and bureaucrats.
Mr. Mohurle appreciated the venture of the college management to open this college and said it will be helpful for the students from rural areas as well as socially and economically poor backgrounds. He asked the students to get degrees and prepare for their further career.
Mr. Wanjare said self confidence is required for gaining any success. In the present times importance of civil services has increased and the students will certainly be benefitted by the college. Students should do hard work and show their ability, he stated.
Mr. Kalidas Raut, President of the Sanstha told about the objective of the college and promised all the necessary facilities will be provided to the students.He also proposed the vote of thanks and extended his best wishes to the students. A large number of students attended the programme. Mr.Avinash Achla, Sushant Raut, Praveen Gurnule, Shiwdayal Lade and others took pains for the success of the programme.
