Gadchiroli Feb. 11 (District Correspondent) Cultural program for college students makes them enthusiastic and guide for their present and future life. Cultural programs have become very important in student life, students should take advantage of this cultural platform.

These views were expressed by District Central Co-operative Bank President Prachit  Pareddiwar while inaugurating the annual gathering of Indira Gandhi Mahavidyalaya and Junior Science College Gadchiroli.

The cultural meet was inaugurated by  lighting the traditional lamp and offering floral tributes to the portraits of Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi, Babasaheb Ambedkar and Mata Saraswati.

Mr. Prakash R. Arjunwar, founder of Ekta Social Education Society Gadchiroli, presided over the programme.  Mr. Arjunwar in his speech urged the students to master the art skills along with the regular curriculum. Kailashchandra Arjunwar, Principal Nalini Meshram, Head of Cultural Department Prof. Sushma Burle were present on this occasion.

Fashion show and many programs were presented by the students during the gathering. Prof.  Vishal Bhandekar and Professor Vrishali Madavi conducted the programme. Introduction was done by Prof. Sushma Burle and vote of thanks was given by Prof. Lutesh Javanjarkar. A large number of students attended the programme.
