Gadchiroli Aug. 4 (District Correspondent) A grand felicitation program for the newly appointed State President of Youth Congress Shivraj More and the newly appointed National Secretary of Youth Congress and Secretary of Maharashtra Congress Adv. Vishwajit Kowase was held on Sunday at the Celebration Function Hall here. The program was organized by Gadchiroli District Youth Congress.
District Youth Congress President Nitesh Rathod and other office bearers felicitated Mr. Shivraj More and Adv. Vishwajit Kowase by presenting them shawls, coconuts, diaries and bouquets. Gadchiroli -Chimur Lok Sabha MP Dr. Namdev Kirsan, former MP Marotrao Kowase, Armori MLA Ramdas Masram, Congress District President Mahendra Brahmanwade were prominently present on the stage.
Mr. Shivraj More expressed his gratitude for the felicitation by the Gadchiroli Youth Congress and assured that these wishes from the office bearers and workers will inspire him to work more and that he will always strive to strengthen the youth organization and revive the Congress Party.
Adv. Vishwajit Kovase said that by appointing me as the Secretary of the All India Youth Congress and Maharashtra Congress, the party has shown a great trust in me and I will try my best to justify this trust. Along with building the youth organization, I will try to hoist the party flag effectively by taking all the party components and grassroots workers along with me, he added.
Dr. Namdev Kirsan congratulated Shivraj More and Vishwajit Kovase on their appointments and hoped that they would work efficiently for the organizational building of the Congress. Also, Mr. Ramdas Masram and Mahendra Brahmanwade guided the attendees.
