Gadchiroli Sept. 1 (District Correspondent) Residents of Sironcha taluka in the district are facing severe problems in their daily lives due to a persistent outage of the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) network. The network failure has crippled essential services, causing inconvenience and frustration among the locals.
Citizens have been complaining difficulties in conducting online transactions, communicating with friends and family, accessing government services and carrying out essential office work. The network failure has particularly impacted students relying on online learning platforms and businesses dependent on internet connectivity.
Despite numerous complaints and requests for resolving the issue, BSNL officials have been unresponsive to the issue, residents have alleged. The prolonged network outage has raised concerns about the company’s commitment to providing reliable services to its customers in the region.
Local residents are demanding immediate action from BSNL authorities to restore the network and give relief to those affected by the disruption. Residents are calling for immediate intervention from higher authorities to address the service lapses and ensure that BSNL meets its obligations to the people of Sironcha Taluka.
Mr. Satish Jawaji, Taluka President of Congress Party Sironcha has alleged that the people of this taluka are deprived of basic services and the elected public representatives have been ignoring the issue. Besides network failure, Sironcha taluka is waiting for development, he has said demanding early restoration of the network and other issues.
