Gadchiroli Oct. 5 (District Correspondent) ‘Shabdashilpa’, the annual magazine of Mahatma Gandhi Mahavidyalaya, Armori has received the prize by the Gondwana University.
The University level College Magazine Competition 2021 was organized to improve writing skills among college students and promote literary qualities. Under this award, the college received a check of Rs. 3,000, a certificate and a memento. Vice Principal of the college Dr. Chandrakant Dorlikar received the prize.
The award was presented Gondwana University at the hands of Dr. Sharad Nimbalkar, former Vice Chancellor of Punjabrao Agricultural University Akola, Mr. Ashok Nete, MP, Dr. Devrao Holi, MLA, Vice-Chancellor of the University Dr. Prashant Bokare, Pro VC Dr. Sriram Kawle, Registrar Dr. Anil Hirekhan, Director of University Student Development Department. Dr. Shailendra Dev were present.
Principal Dr. Lal Singh Khalsa, Vice Principal Dr. Chandrakant Dorlikar and Editor Prof. Nomesh Meshram, Dr. Vijay Raivatkar, Dr. Kishore Vasurke, Prof. Dilip Ghonmode, Prof. Sneha Mohurle, Prof. Anil Raut, Prof. Vaibhav Padole took pains for this magazine.
The annual issue contained the writings of the students including poems, stories, ideological articles etc.
President of the college Society Mrs. Sunitatai Vanmali, Secretary Shri. Manojbhau Vanmali, Vice President Noorallibhai Panjwani and all the office bearers of the institute have congratulated the professors, non-teaching staff of the college for this success.
