Gadchiroli Aug. 18 (District Correspondent) A seminar on the ‘preparation of competitive exams’ was organized by Samidha College of Civil Services at the auditorium of the college here recently.

Mr. Kalidas Raut, President of the Sanstha presided over the programme while Er. Tumdeo Lengure, Director of Meditrator Academy was the chief guide. Dr. Rahul Raut, Principal of the college was the chief guest.

Mr. Deo guided the students on various important subjects relating to the preparation of the competitive examinations like UPSC, MPSC etc. and asked them to face the exams with confidence and become the administrative officers to serve the society.

Mr. Deo elaborated on how to make the preparations for the competitive exams, problems arising in the preparation, proper method of reading the books, which books to be read, scientific method of reading the books in minimum possible time, how much time to study etc.

Mr. Lengure also replied answers and cleared the doubts raised by the students in this seminar. He called upon the students to study properly and get ready for the exams without keeping any sort of inferiority complex in mind.

Mr. Kalidas Raut, in his presidential speech assured the students that the college will extend all the necessary help to them and will provide required guidance for the preparation of the students. The sanstha is committed for the welfare of the students, he said.

Dr. Rahul Raut made an introductory speech and gave the details of the seminar. Such seminars will always be organized in the college for the benefit of the students, he declared appealing the students to avail the benefit of the facility.

Prof. Tilesh Mohurle conducted the programme and Prof. Nitin Naitam proposed the vote of thanks. A large number of students attended the seminar. Prof. Minaxi Khobragade, Pradnya Nimgade, Sushant Raut, Madhukar Rohankar, Mithun Urade and other staff of the college took pains for the success of the programme.
