Gadchiroli March 24 (District Correspondent) To mark the ‘Amrit Mahotsav’ of the Constitution of India, ‘Samvidhan Parishad’ has been organized by the Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Adhyasan Kendra of Gondwana University on March 25 and 26 at the University auditorium.
The conference will be inaugurated on March 25 at 11.00 am by senior constitutional expert Adv. Dr. Suresh Mane, and the Vice Chancellor of the university Dr. Prashant Bokare will be in the chair. Pro-VC Dr. Shriram Kawle and Registrar Dr. Anil Hirekhan will be the chief guests.
A Sanvidhan Dindi has been organized on March 25 at 9.00 am which will start from Gondwana University and will move through District Collector’s Office, District Court and will come back to the University.
At 12.30 pm. A seminar has been organized on the subject of the nature of democracy expected by the Indian Constitution. The chairman of this seminar will be Dr. Dilip Chavan, while Dr. Bhimrao Waghmare, Dr. Santosh Bansod, Dr. Narendra Arekar will guide.
At 3.00 pm. A panel discussion will be held on the subject of the role of media in the promotion and dissemination of constitutional values. Pramod Kalbandhe will be the chairman and Mr. Rohidas Raut, Rajesh Yesankar, Sanjay Ramgirwar will guide.
Special cultural program ‘Amhi Bhartache Lok’ of the Bodhi Foundation, Nagpur will be organized in the evening.
On March 26, at 10 am, a seminar will be held on the topic of the Indian Constitution and the responsibility of the youth. Avinash Poinkar will be the chairman, and Prem Jorpotwar, Tushar Dudhabavare, Trupti Bhaisare, Arbaaz Sheikh will express their views.
At 2 pm, a seminar will be held on the topic of the Indian Constitution and Women. Adv. Paromita Goswami will preside over it. While Adv. Padmatai Chandekar, Adv. Anjali Salve (Vitankar) and Dr. Priya Gedam will express their views.
Swapnil Fuse will be present as the chief guide at the closing ceremony. Registrar Dr. Anil Hirekhan and Head of Adhyasan Kendra Dr. Dilip Barsagade has appealed to the citizens to attend the programme in large numbers.
