Gadchiroli Dec. 11 (District Correspondent) Sanvidhan Foundation district unit has demanded effective implementation of state government’s ‘Har Ghar Sanvidhan’ campaign in the district.
A delegation of the Foundation office bearers met the district collector Sanjay Daine on Tuesday and submitted him a memorandum in this regard.
The state government has issued a government resolution (GR) on October 10, 2024 regarding the ‘Har Ghar Sanvidhan’ campaign in which administration has been asked to organize various programmes. According to this GR various programs are to be implemented throughout the year to promote and disseminate constitutional values in all institutions under the jurisdiction of the government and government aided institutions, pointed out the memorandum.
In order to implement the said program effectively and efficiently in the district of Gadchiroli district, the Foundation discussed various issues with the District Collector.
The main demands included – written instructions should be given to all departments in the district for the effective implementation of the program, the subject should be taken up in the district, taluka and central level education conferences organized by the education department, constitutional values should be developed among students, one-day training of teachers should be organized at the taluka and central levels, in order to reach the constitution in every village, a one-day village constitution conference should be organized through the gram panchayats.
The demands also included- on the lines of smart city, smart village, programs like Adarsh Samvidhan Gram, Adarsh Samvidhan Nagar Panchayat, Adarsh Samvidhan City should be organized, pillars of the preamble of the constitution and fundamental rights and duties of citizens should be erected in the premises of all government offices, city squares, court premises, Gram Panchayats, Police Station, School College premises, representative of the Sanvidhan Foundation be included in the district level committee under the chairmanship of the District Collector, Foundation should be given an opportunity to work as a nodal agency.
The delegation included Mr. Gautam Meshram, District Coordinator of the Foundation, Core Committee Members Tularam Raut, Atmaram Bhanarkar, Bandu Khobragade, Dilip Meshram, Prabhakar Lakde, D.N. Madavi and other office bearers.
