Gadchiroli June 27 (District Correspondent) Mr. Rohit Bapu Kamble, Assistant Professor in the Department of Mass Communication, Gondwana University, has been selected for the State Government’s ‘Keki Moose Outstanding Photographer Award’ in the government group. The award carries a cash prize of Rs 51,000, a certificate and a memento.
This award has been announced for the helicopter photography of the flood in Kolhapur district and other developmental noteworthy photographs taken by Prof. Kamble while working as a photographer in the Kolhapur Divisional Information Office.
The award will be distributed by Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis at a programme to be held in Mumbai soon.
