
Gadchiroli April 3 (District Correspondent) Well known social worker Prof. Gautam Dange from Snehnagar ward of the city was honoured by the Tribal Development Department recently at Nagpur for his outstanding performance in training the teachers of Ashram Schools.
A training course for teachers of Government Ashram Schools was organized by the Tribal Development Department on “Bhavishyavedhi Shikshan” (Political Science). Prof. Gautam Dange trained the teachers of Class XII- Political Science in Nagpur division as an expert guide. For his excellent work as a trainer, he was honoured at the Commissioner’s Office in Nagpur by the Tribal Development Minister, Dr. Ashok Uike. Prof. Dange was presented a certificate and a book “Agnipankh” written by Dr. Abdul Kalam.
On this occasion, Additional Commissioner Ravindra Thakre, Padmashree Shankarrao Papadkar, MLA of Warora Karan Devtale and project officers were present.
Prof. Gautam Dange has previously trained teachers of classes IX to XII as an expert guide for the new curriculum.
The founder president of the Political Science Junior College Council, Prof. Sumit Pawar, former special officer at Balbharati, Mogal Jadhav, Senior Citizens Association’s, Ashok Hadge, Gajanan Dahikar, office bearers of the Indian Buddhist Mahasabha, social activists Prof. Prakash Dudhe, Prof. Dnyanesh Bansod and all others have congratulated Prof. Dange on this honour.
