Gadchiroli A lecture of Mr. Milind Tipnis, grandson of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar’s close associate in Chawdar Tank movement Surbanana Tipnis has been organized on January 3 at 12 noon at Samyak Buddha Vihar, Gokulnagar.
‘Kranti Chawdar Talyachi’ is the subject of his lecture. Mr. Tipnis will be accorded felicitation by Gadchirolians as it is his first visit to the city.
Mr. Rohidas Raut, senior social worker will preside over the programme while Mr. Shriram Bansod and R. D. Sthul, social workers from Nagpur will be the chief guests.
Bhartiya Bouddha Mahasabha, Samyak Samaj Samiti, Samyak Senior Citizens Association and Vishakha Mahila Mandal have appealed the people to participate in this programme in large numbers.
