Gadchiroli May 6 (District Correspondent) The common man is suffering in the present system of poverty and exploitation in the world. Comrade Karl Marx gave the mantra that workers can get equal opportunities by challenging capitalism. Currently, capitalism has reached its highest position in the world and the workers are facing extreme poverty and now only Marxism can eliminate the poverty of the poor, asserted the District Secretary of the Marxist Communist Party, Com. Amol Markwar.

He was speaking at the birth anniversary program of Karl Marx organized at the office of the Peasants and Workers’ Party here on Monday. Bhai Ramdas Jarate, District Secretary of PWP presided over the function while Com. Sachin Motkurwar, state vice-president of the All-India Youth Federation, Com. Sachin Jakkulwar of the Communist Party of India, and Nagsen Khobragade of the Azad Samaj Party were prominently present.

Karl Marx never preached the philosophy of gathering crowds, taking up arms and killing innocent people, but he gave the world a scientific philosophy of creating a scholarly class struggle to give dignity to the workers for their labor, joy of art and social equality in life, expressed Bhai Ramdas Zarate.

The birth anniversary of the great philosopher and revolutionary Comrade Karl Marx is celebrated with great enthusiasm by the Farmers and Workers Party throughout the state. Accordingly, like every year, this year too, the 207th ‘birth anniversary’ of Comrade Karl Marx was celebrated at the party’s district office. On this occasion, the workers were guided on the topic ‘Who was Marx?’.

Meanwhile, Comrade Sachin Motkurwar was felicitated for being elected as the state vice-president of the All-India Youth Federation in the recently held convention in Amravati. A large number of activists including women leader Jayashree Jarate, Dambaji Bhoyar, Ramdas Alam, Ashok Kirange, Chandrakant Bhoyar, Chiranjeev Pendam, Abhilasha Mandawgade, Chhaya Bhoyar, Rajni Khaire, Yogaji Chaple, Muralidhar Gota, Dhara Bansod, Nutan Velda, Usha Bavane, Sandesha Darde, Shilpa Latare were present at the event.
