Gadchiroli Oct. 9 (District Correspondent) Taking a step forward, noted beauty pageant and winner of Mrs India title Manisha Madavi has sung a song for album songs.
She has beautifully sung a song in Gondi language. The original Marathi song ‘Ha nisarga Maza Deo’ was composed by Ms. Malti Shimle from Gadchiroli and translated into Gondi by Mr. Nilesh Todsam of Yaotmal.
Ms. Madavi was invited to Yaotmal for the recording of this song. The recording took place at Jimmy Studio of Yaotmal with the help of Mr. Mangesh Mandli. The members of tribal community of Yavatmal accorded grand welcome to Manisha Madavi and her family.
Manisha does not speak Gondi language herself but still she sung this song in the Gondi language in her own voice for the first time for her album song. The shooting for this song will be done shortly and then it will be released on Manisha Madavi’s YouTube channel “Gond Rani Manisha’.
The song is already in discussion and will be liked by the people, it is hoped. Ms. Manisha has won several prizes in beauty contests and her videos on social media also are quite famous. Her photo shoot in a traditional tribal woman’s attire with an arrow and bow taken on the eve of International Tribals Day was published in many newspapers also very recently and was liked by thousands of viewers.
