
Gadchiroli May 30 (District Correspondent) In a novel initiative of connecting with the family members of employees from Konsari village, Lloyds Metals and Energy Ltd (LMEL) has organised a 10-day motivational workshop for them at Lloyds Skill Development and Training Centre at Konsari. The workshop, which was inaugurated on Wednesday, is a brainchild of Mr. B. Prabhakaran, Managing Director of LMEL.
Renowned corporate trainers Mr. Gopi Gilbile and Mrs. Anita Gilbile guided the participants during the multi-session workshop.
LMEL senior officials addressed the gathering at the inaugural session. They said that the workshop was organised to motivate employees and their spouses to strike a work-life balance. He asked them to participate wholeheartedly in the interactive sessions.
The speakers spoke on the initiatives taken by LMEL for the people of Konsari, employment, compensation given for acquisition of land, and urged the people to focus on financial planning to ensure a good life for their families. They appealed to the people to take full advantage of the workshop organised by the company and gain insights into using money wisely and maintaining good relationships at home, in society, and at the workplace.
In their engaging sessions, the Gilbile couple enlightened the participants on a variety of aspects related to leading a good and stable life. They spoke about marriage, healthy husband-wife relationship, work-life balance, setting priorities right, taking good care of children, effective financial planning and savings, education of children, maintaining good health and hygiene, healthy diet, de-addiction, trust-building, importance of regularity at workplace, building professional excellence, industrial safety and other aspects. The attendees actively participated in the fun-filled, activity-based, and insightful sessions.
LMEL has planned to conduct similar sessions for different batches of LMEL staff from Konsari village and their spouses over the next few days.
