In ‘Rozgar Melawa’ of Police 177 youths selected for training.

Gadchiroli June 11 (District Correspondent) ‘Rozgar Melawa’ was organized by the Gadchiroli Police Force, at Eklavya Hall in association with First Education Foundation Ralegaon, Amar Seva Mandal Nagpur and SIS Company, Chandrapur under the guidance of Civil Action Branch under the guidance of Superintendent of Policeat Nilotpal recently.

More than 700 unemployed youth participated in this employment fair to benefit from various types of employment training in remote areas.  Out of them, as many as 177 youths were selected for the training of various employment activities. 20 youths were selected by Education Foundation Ralegaon for Hotel Management, 15 for Automobile- 15 for electrician, 30 for Nursing Assistant. Amar Seva Mandal, Nagpur selected 20 youths for IT Hardware and TV Assembly Operator and SIS Company Chandrapur selected 77 youths for security guard training.

All the candidates selected for the training were felicitated with bouquets at the hands of Additional Superintendent of Police (Administration) Kumar Chinta. Mr. Chinta appreciated the youths and wished them a bright future.  Police Force is always ready to provide employment opportunities to the youth of Gadchiroli district and will always stand by the youths, he promised. He also appealed the youths to take benefit of employment opportunities and raise the standard of living.

Till now, employment has been provided to 2,565 youths by the police department under its Dadalora Khidki programme. They included Security Guard 670, Nursing Assistant 1262, Hospitality 363, Automobile 361, Electrician 268, Plumbing 35, Welding 38, General Duty Assistant 403, Field Officer 11 and VLE 52, Salesman 5, Web Developer 30, TV Assembly Operator 60, Software Developer 120, Police Recruitment Pre-Training 1462 and Kisan Motors 155.

Also, through Agriculture Technology and Management and BOI RCET Gadchiroli, self-employment training has been provided to as many as 5,619 youths in the district. They included – Beauty Parlor 274, Fish Farming 147, Poultry Farming 662, Duck Farming 140, Boar Farming 10, Goat Farming 247, Sewing 277, Beekeeping 63, Photography 100, Vegetable Cultivation 1843, Motor Mechanical Training 129, Fast Food 197, Papad Pickle 121, two-wheeler-four-wheeler Training 1110, MSCIT 231, Karate Training 48, Jute Product 35, Cake 62, Soft Toys Training 70, CCTV Camera 25.

Additional SP Yatish Deshmukh, Additional SP Aheri M. Ramesh, Pratham Education Foundation’s Ashish Ingle, Trainer Shyam Mahinge, Kishore Kale, SIS’s Chandu Karsurpe and Sangam Dhande were present at the Rozgar Melewa.

All SDPOs, Officer-in-charge of all Posts, Sub-posts, Officer-in-charge of Civil Action Branch Dhananjay Patil, Chandrakant Shelke took pains for the success of the programme.
