This has made farming difficult. The Farmers Workers Party, which has been fighting for guaranteed price since 1948, is capable of getting a fair price for the paddy, said Mr. Ramdas Jarate, Regional President of Tribals, Nomadic front of the Peasants and Workers Party (PWP) appealing the people to give a chance to Jayashree Jarate in the upcoming assembly elections. .
He was addressing a rally of Yevali-Mudza Zilla Parishad area activists at village Gurvala near here the other day to launch Jayashree Jarate’s campaign.
Mr. Jarate further said, Jayashree Jarate has been active in the movement for the past fifteen years. For that reason, she is working for the society at the risk of many police cases. He assured that if she is given a chance, the PWP will never betray the people.
