Gadchiroli April 25 (District Correspondent) Member of Parliament from Gadchiroli Chimur Lok Sabha constituency Dr. Namdev Kirsan visited the District General Hospital here on Thursday and instructed the hospital administration to take necessary measures so that no citizen should lose their life due to sunstroke.
The heat has increased tremendously in the last few days and the citizens are suffering greatly due to the increased heat. Keeping in mind the possibility of many citizens suffering from sunstroke, Dr. Kirsan paid a visit to the hospital and inspected the arrangements there. He took a round of the hospital and talked to the doctors and the patients.
Dr. Kirsan took a review of the measures being taken at the Hospital to deal with the sunstroke patients and also instructed to provide timely treatment for other diseases and adequate medicines to the patients.
District Congress Committee President Mahendra Brahmanawade, District Civil Surgeon Dr. Madhuri Kilnale, Additional CS Dr. Solanki, Dr. Manish Meshram were prominently present during the visit. The MP was accompanied by City Congress President Satish Vidhate, Scheduled Caste Cell President Rajnikant Motghare, Youth Congress District President Nitesh Rathod, Gaurav Yenpreddiwar, Vipul Yelattiwar, Kunal Tajne and others.
