Gadchiroli Oct. 11 (District Correspondent) The women cooks working under Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Amrit Aahar Yojna staged dharna agitation in front of the SDO office, Kurkheda recently to press the demand of raising their honorarium.

A large number of cooks assembled in front of the SDO office and shouted slogans in support of their demand and then submitted a memorandum to the sub divisional Officer addressed to the chief minister of Maharashtra. Mr. Krishna Chaudhari, Advisor of the Cooks Union led the agitation.
