Congress leaders discuss forest related issues with CCF.

Gadchiroli Jan. 23 (District Correspondent) A Congress party delegation led by Gadchiroli Chimur Lok Sabha MP Dr. Namdev Kirsan met the Chief Conservator of Forests S. Ramesh Kumar on Wednesday and discussed various issues of the citizens related to the forest department in the district.

The main issues raised during the meeting included effective and immediate measures to wild animal attacks that have been going on in the district for the past few years, immediate financial assistance to those killed and injured in such attacks or damages caused by the wild animals, granting permission for development works and roads going through the forest land and making available and bamboo wherever is necessary for the people etc.

Armori MLA Ramdas Masram, Congress District President Mahendra Brahmanawade, all the Deputy Conservators of Forests of the district, as well as former Vice President of the ZP Manohar Poretti, State Secretary of Youth Congress Adv. Vishwajeett Kowase, City Congress President Satish Vidhate, District Secretary Sunil Chadgulwar, Armori Taluka President Milind Khobragade, Dhanora Taluka President Prashant Koram, Scheduled Caste Cell President Rajnikant Motghare, Transport Cell President Rupesh Tikle, Javed Sheikh, Gaurav Yenpreddiwar, Vipul Yelattiwar and other office bearers were present during the meeting.
