
Gadchiroli May 17 (District Correspondent) As many as 12 computer operators working in the District Court and Taluka Courts have complained that they have not received their salary for the last over 12 months from the Company which appointed them, despite their regular services.
These operators narrated their woes in a press conference at the Press Club last evening and demanded early payment of their salary.
Ms. Rajni Kinekar, Kritika Dongre, Neelima Wakde Gadchiroli, Raksha Shende from the District Court, Gadchiroli, Tejram Kothare- Chamorshi, Shilpa Chimankar Dhanora, Vrushali Zade Desaiganj Wadsa, were present at the press conference.
A total of 12 candidates were appointed as data entry operators at the District Court of Gadchiroli and different Taluka Courts by Winsol Solution Property Limited Company from Chinchwad, Pune, with effect from March 2024. The District Court also issued the separate appointment orders to these candidates on March 1, 2024 based on the orders of the Winsol Company.
As per these orders, the candidates joined their duties at their respective headquarters. But even after a year, they have not received their salary.
When the company was repeatedly asked by the candidates about their salary, they were given assurances to make the payments but so far they have not been paid their salary, it was stated in a press conference.
The candidates also brought the matter to the notice of the court authorities and other government authorities including the District Collector, District Superintendent of Police and the Government Labour Officer but no any action has been taken and they are still deprived of the salary.
We have been facing severe financial hardships in want of our salary said the candidates and demanded early payment of their salary.
