Gadchiroli April 25 (District Correspondent) Two students from Carmel High School and Jr. College, Gadchiroli, Akansha Pinpalkar and Sharvari Kamdi, have been praised for their honesty as they returned a lost wallet to its owner.
The Class 10 (D) students found the wallet, belonging to one Yateendra Tripathi, Manager of Union Bank, Gadchiroli, on their way home from their regular tuition class. Using the documents inside, they identified the owner and returned the wallet to him.
Mr. Tripathi was so impressed by the students’ honesty that he publicly awarded them in front of students, staff, and the principal the next day at school.
