Gadchiroli April 29 (District Correspondent) The summer camp and bagless days initiative brought a breath of fresh air to Carmel High School and Jr. College providing students with an exciting and memorable experience.
All the participants tried new adventures and learnt new things in a safe environment. As many as 350 students relaxed and learnt at the same time number of activities like meditation, yoga, aerobics, Zumba dance, art and craft, moral stories, maths tricks, sudoku puzzles, drawing, dance, etc.
On the last day all the enthusiastic students dressed up in different attires based on themes like healthy fruits, salad, flowers, national symbols, unity in diversity, and so on. All the parents witnessed their children’s progress at all subjects where each one learnt through actions.
Pahelgam quiz developed spirit of nationalism. All were entertained by the host – Shrawani Thakre and Nidhi Meshram.
This summer camp was held under the guidance of school principal Rev. Fr. Sinoj Sebastian CMI. All the teaching and non-teaching staff actively contributed a lot to make summer camp a successful event.
