Gadchiroli Nov. 16 (District Correspondent) BJP defamed the culture of Maharashtra and did the dirty politics of splitting the parties. They formed a corrupt government by buying MLAs like buying and selling animals. During this period, huge inflation, unemployment increased in the country and in the state, many corruptions took place. These leaders who earned huge profits by selling the property of the state to traders at a very low prices gave Rs. 1,500 to women and then increased the prices of essential commodities, alleged Leader of Opposition Vijay Wadettiwar and appealed to the voters to oust this government of Shinde, Fadnavis and Ajit Pawar from power, while addressing a campaign meeting held at Gadchiroli and Chamorshi on Friday.
Gadchiroli Chimur Lok Sabha MP Dr. Namdev Kirsan, Congress candidate Manohar Poretti, Congress district president Mahendra Brahmanwade, NCP (SP) district president Atul Ganyarapwar, RPI’s Adv. Ram Meshram, Adv. Vishwajit Kowase, Rajnikant Motghare, Prateek Barsinge, Chamorshi Municipal chief Jayashree Vaylalwar, Vaibhav Bhiwapure were prominently present.
Mr. Wadettiwar further said that this is not just a state election but a battle of two ideologies. In this battle Sangh Parivar has hatched a conspiracy to change the constitution to enslave the Bahujans and now it is your responsibility to save the great the constitution which upholds the rights of the common people of the country. BJP has not done any development in this area, he alleged.
Mahavikas Aghadi candidate Manohar Poretti is a very honest and loyal worker of the Congress party and he has done his duty properly from the post of Gram Panchayat Sarpancha to Zilla Parishad Vice President. Seeing his loyalty Congress parties have nominated him for this election, Wadettiwar said and appealed the voters to elect him with majority of votes.
The Mahayuti government looted the state and mortgaged its identity to Gujarat. Now there is a wave of change everywhere and if the Mahavikas Aghadi comes to power in the state, it will give loan waiver up to 3 lakhs to farmers, free ST travel to women and Rs. 3,000 per month, Rs. 4,000 per month to unemployed youth, free health insurance up to 25 lakhs, under our five-point program, Wadettiwar said.
Dr. Kirsan said that the defeat of Mahayuti government was possible due to the unity of your team in the Lok Sabha and appealed the people to show the same unity and get MVA candidate elected. Mr. Poretti said BJP is spreading fake narratives about him and appealed the people to be vigilant and give him a chance to represent the people by voting for the overall development of Gadchiroli Assembly Constituency and for the service of the people.
A large number of women and citizens were present in the organized campaign meeting.
