Adv. Bodhi selected for UN’s Graduates Study Programme.

Gadchiroli July 8 (District Correspondent) Adv. Bodhi Ramteke, a young lawyer and researcher from the Gadchiroli has been selected for the United Nations 62nd Graduate Study Program (GSP) to be held in in Geneva, Switzerland. As many as 54 scholars from 42 countries have been selected for this esteemed program and Bodhi is one of them.

Bodhi will engage in various sessions and research activities focusing on sustainable development, international peace and security, science-technology-innovation and digital cooperation, youth, and social change at the UN in Geneva.

Adv. Bodhi is currently pursuing his master’s in Human Rights Policy and Practice through the prestigious Erasmus Mundus scholarship from the European Commission. His studies span across universities in Spain, Sweden, and the UK. He has been selected for the GSP in recognition of his research, advocacy, and socio-legal work on grassroots issues affecting Adivasis in Gadchiroli.

Bodhi’s selection is a testament to his dedication and impact and promises to further his mission of justice and equality for the marginalized communities he represents.
