Gadchiroli Sept. 15 (District Correspondent) The first parent-teacher meeting was organized at Gondwana Sainiki Vidyalaya here recently.
The meeting was presided over by the principal Omprakash Sangrame, while the chief guests were vice-president Mangesh Potwar, supervisor Ajay Wankhede, military director Rishi Vanjari, Hariprasad Gyani, Prashant Maskawar, Sukeshni Tembhurne, Akash Tekam.
Kapil Masram, Laxman Tulavi, Sweety Febulwar, Mahendra Kukudkar, Rajeshwar Madavi, Bharati Madavi, Pournima Mohurle, Rohini Devare, Rajendra Govardhan, and Avinash Vargantiwar were elected on the parent teacher committee for the session 2025-26.
Mr. Sangrame explained how the school has created a reputation in the state by getting first place in the My School is a Beautiful School entitative. If a student is to be developed, not only the teacher alone but also the parents need to cooperate as much as possible.
In this meeting, the academic progress of the students was discussed, besides understanding their problems and the necessary solutions to resolve them.
Mr. Sunil Lokhande welcomed the parents with a welcome song. The meritorious students were also felicitated. Coach Yogesh Chavan was also felicitated with a bouquet for his excellent performance in karate.
The program was conducted by Prof. Dr. Rakesh Chadgulwar while the vote of thanks was given by senior teacher Ravi Kore. A large number of parents were present on this occasion.
