Gadchiroli July 19 (District Correspondent) The Congress party workers will celebrate the birthday of Chief Minister of the state and Guardian Minister of the district, Devendra Fadnavis by distributing chocolates and lollipops among the problem ridden people on July 22 next in protest against his alleged negligence towards the district.
During his visits to the district, Fadnavis never interacted with the youth, women, farmers and common citizens of the district, did not understand their problems, but just gave big promises that were never fulfilled. Therefore, chocolates and lollipops will be distributed to the citizens suffering from various problems, it has been informed by the District Congress Committee.
The main issues to be raised through this novel initiative are- compensation to the injured in wild elephant attacks and flood conditions, farmers who have not received electricity meters despite paying the demand, farmers waiting for loan waiver and bonus, arrears in the Gharkul scheme, unemployed graduates in the district, tribal youths who were given keys of 40 trucks in the name of providing employment but have not yet received the trucks, acquiring land forcibly or at a low price to help the industrialist friends, worst condition of the roads, vacant posts, people injured in accidents due to heavy traffic, clean water, closure of Zilla Parishad schools, bad condition of ST bus system.
Lollipops and chocolates will be distributed to farmers, women and youth suffering from various problems, it has been informed by Mr. Mahendra Bramhanwade, District Congress chief.
