Geeta Hinge gets ‘Nari Shakti Samman’ award.

Gadchiroli March 22 (District Correspondent) Founder of Aadhar Vishwa Foundation Geeta Hinge was honoured with Nari Shakti Samman award by Akhil Maharashtra Koshti Samaj Parishad.

The award was presented to Ms. Hinge at Yavatmal recently at the hands of Karnataka’s Jagadguru Sri Sri Dayanand Puri Mahaswamiji for her extraordinary contribution in the social field. The program was presided over by the Guardian Minister of Yavatmal Sanjay Rathod.

For the past many years, Hinge has taken up many social welfare activities by Aadhar Vishwa Foundation such as guidance camps for teenage girls, helping the needy in remote areas, visiting the deaf and dumb schools and helping the students, creating awareness about plastic pollution, water pollution, noise pollution, etc.

She has provided free tiffin service to those who were in home isolation during the Corona period, went to the crematorium and performed the last rites of those who died of Corona.

National President Arun Bhau Varode, State President Satish Dabhade, Women’s State President Mandatai Takle, Entrepreneur Rajeshwar Niwal and other dignitaries were present at the ceremony.

Ms. Geeta Hinge said that she will remain forever indebted to everyone for this honour. Such awards give me energy to work even more and this honour has increased my responsibility for work, she added.

Mr. Sushil Hinge, members of community were present at the ceremony in large numbers.
