Gadchiroli July 15 District Correspondent) The Gadchiroli Police Force has been conducting the process of Police Constable Recruitment for 10 vacancies of driver police constables and 912 Vacancies of the police constables. The physical test for this recruitment started on June 19 last and ended today on July 13 at Gadchiroli Police Grounds here.
As many as 2258 candidates had submitted their applications for 10 posts of Driver Police Constable. Out of them 1561 male and 267 female candidates appeared for the physical test and out of them 1363 male and 176 female candidates gave the actual field test. Along with this, driving skill test of said candidates was conducted on MIDC grounds in presence of Regional Transport Officer. Also, a total of 24570 candidates had submitted applications for 912 posts of police constable. Out of them 13342 male candidates and 6400 female candidates appeared and out of them 11826 male candidates and 5308 female candidates gave actual field test, it has been informed by the police department.
The said recruitment process has been done in a completely transparent manner using the latest technology. Digital Physical Standard Test technology has been used to measure the chest-height of the candidates. Also 1600 m of running of the candidates, (RFID) Based Technology was used.
Along with this, Prism Technology was used for the collection throw test. Along with this, in case of any injury during the field test, the candidates were provided an on-field hospital for immediate treatment. The entire process was done in presence of the Superintendent of Police Nilotpal.
The field test was shown to the local press reporters too and the whole process of the use of modern technology was explained to them.
